There will be delay in syncing data and if found no availability of data, should not be treated as missing data. Data is eventually made available after completion of all the backlog activity.
The supervisors are recommended to use desktop/laptop/notebook computer for their supervising activity.
Server resources have been enhanced for better performance. However, sometimes, the server slowness may be observed due to sudden surge of concurrent users' activitity as the deadline is fast approaching. User may get error saying "Try later, Contact Admin, Go back and Try again, etc". Please, do not be panic, rather, as suggested, try again or later.
Scheduled downtime of server is now shifted to 12:00 midnight to 04:00 AM, every night for regular maintenance activities, please do not try to synchronize data during this period. The enumerators can continue their work using tablet computer.
